When Should You Call in The Staging Stylists?

The ideal time to bring us on board is during the planning and development process, when we can offer suggestions for materials, floor and space planning, placement of lighting, and for the addition of architectural elements. We can help you choose cabinetry, flooring, countertops, appliances, furniture, light and plumbing fixtures, paint and wallpaper, and other elements that are appropriate to the style of the house. 

However, many of the properties we stage and design are already completed.  Our experience and expertise enables us customize our design to work with existing material selections such as flooring, cabinetry and countertops so that you get the maximum visual impact that emotionally connects buyers to your properties.
